Pamela A. Stampp has over 35 years of experience as an attorney. Mrs. Stampp has acquired extensive experience in relation to various aspects of immigration law, including Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, H IB, Perm, L Visas, U visas, Asylum, VAWA, SIJS as well as appearances before different Immigration Courts.
Mrs. Stampp has additionally spent over 9 years as Legal Counsel to the central bank of Jamaica, the principal banking and financial services regulatory agency in Jamaica. Her primary responsibilities included recommending and initiating intervention action such as Cease and Desist Orders, Directions, or Board Undertakings when institutions were found non-compliant with statutory guidelines or failed to conduct their operations in a safe and sound manner.
In 2003 Mrs. Stampp was admitted to the Bar for the state of New York and spent a number of years assisting the immigrant population, as well as several minority owned corporations in all areas of business law, contracts, corporations and immigration related matters. Mrs. Stampp was responsible for establishing the immigration department at The Castro Firm, Inc., where she served as the head of that immigration department for over 10 years.
Mrs. Stampp has conducted numerous seminars and lectures on a wide variety of immigration related topics and in March 2013, was invited by the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, to provide testimony at the hearing on “Building an Immigration System Worthy of American Values”, in Washington, DC.
From 2014 to 2017, Mrs. Stampp also served on the Board of Directors of the Bear-Glasgow Business Association, where she held the position of Director of Ethics and Corporate Governance and was instrumental in implementing policies and procedures to enhance best practice standards and corporate compliance for this non-profit entity. Mrs. Stampp has been passionate about community engagement and regularly conducts community-based seminars and workshops to educate and enhance awareness regarding immigrant rights, duties and opportunities.
